Ms. Robinson's 1st Grade Class

Dear Parents,

I hope that everyone had a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New
Year!! I can't believe we are in 2009 already!! We will be finishing our
2nd 9 weeks assessments this week. Report cards will be sent home on
Friday. During the 3rd 9 weeks, I will begin teaching students how to use
Accelerated Reader (a computer program that checks students on their
comprehension of a story after reading it).  I will send a note home this week with more information on this.  I hope everyone has a great week! I look forward to an excellent start to 2009!!

Happy New Year!
