The 5th grade
classes will be
attending a
bowling field
trip to the
Yukon
Bowling Alley on
Friday, December
19, 2008 from
8:30 – 11:30 am.
The cost is
$6.00 to bowl.
This includes
two hours of
bowling and
rental
of bowling
shoes. Please
send $6.00 and
the signed
permission slip
back
to Mrs. Langston
& Mrs. Buck by
Tuesday,
December 9th.
Students who
have not brought
back their
permission slip
with $6.00 on
time will be
sent to study
hall on the day
of the field
trip until our
return.
Parents are
welcome to meet
us at the
bowling alley.

Safety is Our #1 Priority!
We require
that your child wear closed-toe
shoes that are
fastened
to their feet securely during
P.E. time. It has been
our
experience, sandals, flip-flops,
or loose shoes cause injury.
We
will not allow
your child to participate when
their shoes put
them at risk.
However, they are welcome to
change into proper
shoes when
they enter the gym.
Obviously, tennis shoes are
strongly recommended to develop
your child's fitness confidence
and help them to remain safe
during indoor/outdoor
activities.

Sharrie
Langston has been teaching
Physical
Education
for over 25 years.
She was a teacher for 8
years in the
Western Heights School
District and
she
has taught in the Mustang
School
District for 19 years. She is married
and has two children, Shathar and
Cortney,
both
are graduates of
Mustang High School.
She enjoys
teaching P.E. and
coaching her
jump rope team, the
JUMPSTERS.

Carla
Buck has been teaching
Physical
Education
for over 15 years. She has
served in the Mustang School
District
for
nine years. She attended Mustang
Schools
and
is a graduate of Mustang
High School.
She
is
very proud
to be teaching in her
hometown. She is
married and has two
beautiful daughters, Casey and Hayley,
both graduates
of Mustang High School.
Mrs. Buck
is
a former
track and basketball
coach.
She truly enjoys teaching
children
how
to
excel
in physical fitness activities. |
