(Mustang, Oklahoma – February 1, 2020) – Mustang Public Schools (MPS) is looking for any families with children who will be four years of age on or before September 1, 2020 - these children are eligible to attend Pre-Kindergarten classes for the 2020-2021 school year.
In an effort to get students into class, the annual PreK Round-up has been scheduled for March 31 (Last Name A-L) and April 1 (Last Name M-Z) from 11am-7pm at the Mustang Education Resource Center, located at 909 South Mustang Road.
Assistant Superintendent of Elementary Schools, Stacy Edwards, said that “the MPS full-day options will be at the district’s eight elementary schools. Once the full-day program is full, parents will be offered half-day pre-kindergarten which will be held at the Mustang Education Center, located at 400 Clear Springs Road. Additionally, parents can choose half-day as their program of choice” when they fill out the packets which are available now at http://www.mustangps.org/enrollment.aspx. “Completed packets cannot be turned in prior to the round-up, but now is the time to start making sure that parents have all of the required documentation to make this process as smooth as possible.
