Janette
Simmons earned her Degree in Human Development and Family Sciences with concentration in Early
Childhood Education.
She taught 1st grade for one year in the Plano Independent School District.
For the
past 2 years, she
served as a Kindergarten Teacher in
the Mustang School District.
Diane Darby
attended Mustang
Schools and is
a graduate of Mustang High High School. She
also graduated
from OSU with a
Bachelor's
of Science
Degree in
Elementary
Education.
In 2005, she received her early childhood certification. She served
in the Yukon
School District
for 11 years
teaching both
1st and 3rd
grades. After
taking 3 years
off to be a
"Mom", she
taught 3rd grade
at a private
school for
2 years. She has been married to her husband Paul for 15 years. They have
4 children,
James-
a 4th grader, Brooklyn-a 2nd grader, Kristin- a Kindergartener, and
Lauren-1 yrs.
She enjoys
watching her son
play ice hockey,
her older girls
dance and play
soccer, and her
youngest little
girl learn about the world around her. Diane is very excited to be a part
of Mustang
Centennial and
is looking
forward to a
terrific year!
